Hello! The following will guide you step-by-step in how to access and play your digital downloads on your favorite computer music player such as Windows Media Player. If you're not sure what music playing software or apps are available on your computer we recommend searching online for information, or asking a tech-savvy friend to help you.

Note: these instructions are for the Windows OS. For Mac please go HERE

Step 1: If your order consists of physical product such as a CD or LP, it can take approximately 12 hours for us to fulfill your order (please note that digital downloads of releases purchased as a presale will usually not be available until the release date for that album). Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with a link to download your digital music files. If you ordered a digital-only product then the fulfillment is immediate and you will not need to wait before receiving your email. The email will look like this:

Step 2: Click on the email link and you will be taken to a webpage where you can download your digital music. You will see how many downloads are remaining - our digital downloads typically are limited to one. Click on Download Now

Step 3: Once you click on the Download Now link you will be prompted to decide where on your computer you want to save your digital files. The digital files are compressed in a "zip" folder for faster downloading. Select where on your computer you wish to save the downloaded zip folder. Be sure to make a note of where you saved the folder so you can find it on your computer! We usually select our Desktop. Once downloaded you will be able to easily unzip your files

Step 4: Once you have downloaded the zip folder, navigate to where you saved the folder and right click on the folder. Select "Extract All" and select a destination for where on your computer you want to save the unzipped files. We usually just select the same place on our computer where the zip file was saved

Step 5: Once you extract (unzip) the folder that contains your music files you will be able to easily click on the folder and access your high-resolution .WAV files

Step 6: At this stage you will be able to see each individual music file. You can right-click on an individual file or select all and right-click, and then simply select the digital music player of your choice (iTunes, Groove Music, Windows Media Player, etc.)

That's pretty much it! If you want to permanently access your music files from your music player of choice please view instructions provided by the music player for how to save songs in that player.

Good luck, and enjoy the music!
